No. I may have the power to lift a heavy weight but until I do it does not become a power by force. Power is the result of some action. A racing car has the power to do 250 kl per hr, but until I start the engine, put the car in gear and move off showing just what power the car has. So power is the result of some other action.

How is power related to force and velocity?

Power is the rate at which work is done or energy is transferred. It is calculated as the product of force and velocity, where power = force x velocity. This means that power increases with both force and velocity.

What is the difference between force and power?

Force is the rate of change of momentum (which is the product of mass and velocity) whereas power is the rate of work done (product of force and displacement) In fact, it can be shown that power = force x velocity

Would energy be described as an power or a force?

Neither. Power is the rate of delivery (usage) of energy. Force is what causes things to move, (or change their direction of motion) unless it is balanced by an equal and opposite force, in which case the net force is zero. An unbalanced force on an object causes it to accelerate, providing it with energy (net force multiplied by distance moved in the direction of the force).

How are work force and power all mathematically related?

Force is a measure of effort needed to accelerate an object, and is mathematically represented by: F = ma. Work is a measure of energy needed to move an object through a certain displacement, and is represented by: W = Fd. Power is a measure of the work done per unit time, and is represented by: P = W/t.

What is the relation between torque and speed?

Torque is a force times a distance (the distance from the rotation axis where the force is applied). The angle at which the force is applied can also play a role. It is not directly related to speed.Torque is a force times a distance (the distance from the rotation axis where the force is applied). The angle at which the force is applied can also play a role. Where does a black hole get its power from?

If you mean its force of attraction, that's related to its mass.

How is work and power related?

They are both related by a transfer function which is time . And w= force x distance or w= distance x time . P= work / time

Are combat crystals the same as power crystals in Star Wars the force unleashed?

No, combat crystals and power crystals are different in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Combat crystals enhance lightsaber combat abilities, while power crystals focus on improving the Force abilities of the wielder. Each type of crystal offers unique enhancements to gameplay.
