No. International units are different for each vitamin measured. There is an answer on this site that tells you a few of the equivalents. They are 3.33 iu http://www.answers.com/topic/retinol-1 = 1 μg; 40 iu http://www.answers.com/topic/vitamin-d = 1 μg; 1 iu http://www.answers.com/topic/tocopherol-1 = 1 mg.
