This is an extremely confused question. Presumably, you are asking: how many millilitres (ml) are equivalent to two litres (l). Once phrased in that way it is very easy to answer.

One litre (l) = 10 decilitres (dl) = 100 centilitres (cl) = 1000 millilitres (ml)
