A Monster Munch typically contains about 110 calories, which is equivalent to around 460 kilojoules of energy.
Some energy drinks that have been found to contain high levels of caffeine include Bang, Reign, and 5-Hour Energy. It's important to check the label for the amount of caffeine in these products, as consuming too much caffeine can have adverse health effects.
No, monster isn't bad for you. If you follow the guidelines on the back of a monster can and only drink 3 or less per day they are actually GOOD for you. They have less sugar than soda and have many B-vitamins and herbal stimulants. (b-vitamins relieve stress)
Much like Bull semen is used in energy drinks such a Red Bull or Monster, male semen contains high amounts of caffeine. Studies have proven that swallowing semen during oral sex can actually help the recipients stamina during sexual activities. This is why it is important for women to swallow every time.
Too much caffeine.

Monster is not healthy to give to a dog. It has too much caffeine.
well there's the calories and like they have on the back of the can you shouldn't drink them if you are pregnant or sensitive ect. but monster* has recently designed and produced many new drinks like the monster rehab (green tea, original, ect) that have only 20 calories per can (10 per serving for 2 servings) but they cant do anything about if you are pregnant besides tell you not to drink them and your out of luck if you are sensitive to them besides the fact that the new rehab monsters also aren't carbonated so you can just sip them without a bad taste.

Well, too much is always too much. If it kills you depends on how much too much you consume. One ingredient in the drink is caffeine which is a stimulant that if consumed in toxic levels can belethal.

If you look on the back of the can it says. It honestly depends on age, if your less than 12yrs of age, it is seriously not recommended you drink ANY type of energy drink. But say your a high-schooler, you can drink up to 5-a-day, your heart goes into rhythmacies, and it is likely you'll have severe heart problems with anymore that day. I've been sent to the hospital when I was 12 for "over-dosing" on Rockstar. I'm 13 now. Hehe...

You may not feel the stimulant effect as much as other people, especially if you are used to caffeine, but it is still having an effect on your body. Excessive caffeine, especially during growth years, can be very bad for your heart. Go a couple of days without a caffeine based energy drink. You will likely get a pretty bad headache and feel sluggish. This is a symptom of caffeine dependency building in your body.
