Best Answer

Dark (especially black) surfaces absorb infra-red well. White and silver surfaces reflect radiation.so its a good absorber. However,conductivity depends on the metal being used.

yeah it is giving off radiation the dull black is the best but the white is the worst

reflection radiation the black is the worst and the white is the best

abosrbing radiation the black is the best and the white is the worst
