No underwater its called Hydrodynamic but its basicly the same with the power of liquid motion taking over for the gases in the air.

I'm no professional at this but im pretty sure you could use a fish tank with water to test the effect of a pressurized stream (colored) as its passes by the object wanted to study the aerodynamics underwater. Wether it passes undisturbed or not, i don't know but it has been used to find specific shapes for future submarines and stuff.
