No. A tomato is a fruit. Unless you're talking tomato puree, then it's still a no.
a heterogeneous mixture has larger parts that are different from each other. Homogeneous means the same throughout, so heterogeneous isn't.
A solution is homogeneous, because it is the same in all parts, whereas something heterogeneous would have different consistency in some parts of it, like lumpiness for example, or a mixture thay hasn't been mixed thoroughly.
