You didn't say how tall she is. Does she look fat? Muscle weighs more than fat - if she participates in sports, weight doesn't really matter. If she looks good she isn't fat. Also, the ideal height for that weight would be about 4'7

the person who wrote this IS the one who is 144lbs, dummy. back to the curious one, weight depends also on height, but I've never met any 11 year-old who is tall enough to be 144lbs. Sorry i think your overweight. diet carefully

It all depends on your height. But yes I think 130 is good for an 11 year old, I wish I weigh that much! Unfortunately I'm 11 and weight 171 :( I am very tall though, but still. Although 130 is fine :)
