The shortage of electrons exists at the positive terminal of a dry cell. The function of the negative terminal is to pick up the electrons.
If the Object is an aton, it has more protons than electrons.
charged
In charging by rubbing, electrons move from one material to another because of the difference in affinity for electrons between the two materials. When two materials are rubbed together, one material gains electrons (becomes negatively charged) while the other loses electrons (becomes positively charged), resulting in the transfer of electrons between the materials.
Electric charges with a closed pathway to follow can move. If there is a complete circuit with no breaks or gaps, charges such as electrons can flow through the pathway due to the presence of a voltage source, thereby creating an electric current.

A blank check company is a company which exists solely for the purpose of merging with or acquiring another entity.
If the Object is an aton, it has more protons than electrons.
A black aurora is a type of aurora that exists at the top of the ionosphere, where electrons flow upward into space (unlike normal aurora, which involve downward flowing electrons), leaving deep cavities in the atmosphere, making blank spaces when regular aurora are seen, hence being "black" or non-luminous, but having the shape of aurora.

a buildup of electrons on an object is called a blank charge
Protons and neutrons are each worth 1 unified atomic mass unit or 1 g/mol. Electrons are extremely small and do not account for the mass because they are so tiny. Note: Unified atomic mass unit (u or da) has replaced the atomic mass unit, which was based on oxygen instead of carbon.
When an atom has one or more extra electrons, it will have a negative charge, becoming an anion. Conversely, if an atom has lost one or more electrons, it will have a positive charge, becoming a cation. This charge imbalance occurs because the number of protons (positively charged) no longer equals the number of electrons (negatively charged).
If there are more protons than electrons there is a positive charge. If there is more electrons than protons there is a negative charge.
When metals react with other elements, the atoms of the metals tend to lose electrons. This is because metals have few electrons in their outermost shell and losing those electrons allows them to achieve a stable electron configuration.
