At age of 7 she weighted 400kg but now at the age of 10 she weights 222kg all thanks to treatment :)
some people can weigh up to 1,600 pounds some are skinney and may weigh 70 or 60 of course a baby weights 2 to 22 pounds. Perhaps you should have worded it 'How much shoukd I weigh? my age is...and my gender is...' Cos you sorta need more info to answer your question.
Iron does not rust quicker since the start of the atomic age. The rate of rusting of iron is influenced by factors such as exposure to moisture and oxygen, rather than by the atomic age. However, advancements in materials science have led to the development of corrosion-resistant coatings that can help protect iron from rusting.
at age ten? i have no flippen clue! why ask me, why ask! why! why! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
A Powerhouse 1950 is an excellent bench. If it has the leg lift attachment you are in great shape. They have an adjustable incline bench that has excellent support. They last forever if they are not abused. If you can get one with the Universal Bar and some weights, I would say $150 - $175 for a well maintained used one is a great price. Without the weights probably $125'ish. The lack of weights won't take it down to much, but grab them if they have it, you can always use more steel. Good luck.
around 12 years old
Well it depends on the person but usually not until they are 12. It still depends on the person, most boys start when they are11 though.
There is no specific age or height, i started when i was 13 and i was 5'11" and i could bench 115 on my first day.
They should start at age 18 or older
Yes and quite badly
By 16 the ends of your bones should be sufficiently formed. Then, lifting weights, when using correct form, should be beneficial. It is risky to do it any earlier unless one has expert coaching and supervision.
Yes this is very VITAL for future muscle development. I and others recommend 13 as a good age to start lifting, depending on what body type you are will determine the weight you should be lifting. After lifting to grow the muscle i would recommend muscle milk, or other types of protein shakes to build the muscles and repair them as well.
I think about 8-14. Does not stunt growth.
Yes. Straining while lifting weights is dangerous for anyone, male or female, regardless of age. If you're straining or having trouble keeping the weights under control, you're lifting too much weight.
Lifting 40 pounds at the age of 13 can affect your growth. It can cause a persons muscles to become weakened later on. The age of 13 is too young to be lifting heavy weights.
No, lifting will not stunt your growth as the myth grows. But at such a young age you need supervision, and make sure you do it correctly. There are many benefits of weight training, even at this age.
there is no specific age for do exercise but it should be start from the age of 10th but not hard exercise which stop your growth, don't use weight lifting at this age weight lifting should be start after the age of 24th you can increase it slowly slowly..
