Radiation, convection and conduction
The three main things that transfer energy through sound are mechanical waves, vibrations, and particles. Sound energy is carried through a medium by creating vibrations in the particles of that medium, which in turn propagate as mechanical waves that transfer energy from one point to another.
Heat can travel through three main methods: conduction, convection, and radiation. Conduction occurs when heat moves through a material without the material itself moving. Convection happens when heat is carried by a fluid (liquid or gas) moving from one place to another. Radiation is the transfer of heat through electromagnetic waves.
Energy can be converted from one form to another (e.g. kinetic to potential energy), transferred from one object to another (e.g. through work or heat transfer), or dissipated as waste energy (e.g. in the form of heat or sound).
You can transform thermal energy to electrical energy in a power plant, chemical energy to mechanical energy in an internal combustion engine, or nuclear energy into thermal energy in a nuclear reactor. These are just three examples.
Conduction: Energy transfer through direct contact between materials. Convection: Energy transfer through the movement of fluids or gases. Radiation: Energy transfer through electromagnetic waves such as sunlight.
1. radiation- which transfers energy from the sand to the air2. conduction- which the transfer of heat energy from one substance to another by direct contact.3. convection- which the transfer of energy from place to place by motion of gas or liquid.

Energy can be transferred through conduction, where heat is transferred via direct contact between objects. Energy can also be transferred through convection, where heat is carried by a fluid like air or water. Lastly, energy can be transferred through radiation, where electromagnetic waves carry energy from one location to another.
Three mothers( (one provided the egg, another the DNA and a third carried the cloned embryo to term).
The Apollo missions each carried three astronauts.

Light Energy, water, carbon dioxide

Dwight Eisenhower carried three coins for good luck all of the time
Potential, then chemical, then mechanical.
There are three different types of energy sources that are available. The three are hydro energy, wind energy, and solar energy.
