I crack myself up!
The crack that forms when rocks break and move past each other is called a fault . The blocks of rock that are on either side of the fault are called fault blocks .
strike-slip
When rocks on either side of a fault move in different directions, it is known as a strike-slip fault. This type of fault occurs when the rocks slide past each other horizontally. Examples of strike-slip faults include the San Andreas Fault in California.
Strike-slip faults involve horizontal motion along a fault plane, where one block moves laterally past the other. The motion is parallel to the strike of the fault rather than vertical movement.
The hanging wall typically moves upward in a reverse fault or downward in a normal fault, due to the movement along the fault line causing one block to move relative to the other. This movement is a result of the stress and deformation within the Earth's crust.
It's not my fault!
If the other person is to blame sooo i say yes the other should pay he was at fault end of story and of discussion
the joke is what did one ocean do to the other ocean? the answer for that is it waved
If it is your fault , you say sorry . JUST SAY SORRY! Even it it is not your FAULT . Send her flowers , anything . Cheer her up!
Sorry that was not my fault ,it is your fault.
In this state, a no fault state, full coverage insurance covers the other vehicle if you are at fault.
you say it before you serve. If you serve it without saying the score its a fault. You always say your team score first even if the other team is winning.
Sure you can, but you will probably lose. If you were at fault then you were at fault, you cant sue the other guy cause of something you did. Sure you can, but you will probably lose. If you were at fault then you were at fault, you cant sue the other guy cause of something you did.
I would have to say that technically it would be the driver pulling out of the parking space. TECHNICALLY speaking that is. The insurance companies would probably try to say it is an equal at fault accident maybe.
You can say "Línea de falla".
The car that is moving is the only one with the power to avoid the accident therefore, the other car is at fault. They may say they weren't moving as well though. Good luck.
Yes, If the accident was your fault, then it is your fault. Whether or not they have insurance has nothing to do with who's at fault, or who actually caused the accident.
