TOO HOT TO HOOT! it can be read backwards too!HOOT HOOT
I would say a cold day in winter
because, lets say I wore a black shirt on a hot summers day the blackness will suck in all of the heat and keep it and you'll get very hot but with the light coloured shirts the beams reflect of the lets say baby blue shirt and you're nice and cool :)
I am a teen myself, and i say being hot and cold is an on(hot) and off(cold) relationship.
The "tar" on roads is a mixture of several asphaltic and hydrocarbon compounds. These become liquid or often at higher temperatures (over 150 F). This temperature can be approached due to sunlight on a hot day and the road tar will become soft. If the supplier has adulterated the tar with more liquid oils or used the wrong compind (say roofing tar the surface may become soft or even liqufy at ambient conditions.
because we have absolute temperature scales (Kelvin and Rankin). Something at 20'K is twice as hot as something at 10'K.
