A traffic signal displaying a steady circular yellow light means that you should use caution when going through the intersection. You have the right away, but watch for other cars.
A steady yellow light typically indicates that the traffic signal is about to turn red. It serves as a warning for drivers to prepare to stop before the light changes.
Steady red typically refers to a traffic signal that indicates drivers must come to a complete stop and remain stopped until the signal changes. In context with aviation, a steady red light on a runway is used to indicate to pilots that the runway is closed and they should not take off or land.
After stopping, you may turn right, unless prohibited by some other sign or signal.
A steady red cross on a traffic light typically means that the lane in that direction is closed and vehicles should not proceed. Drivers should come to a complete stop and follow alternative routes or instructions.
A constant signal created by steady smooth movement is known as a sine wave. It represents a continuous oscillation that is regular and repetitive in nature, making it a common waveform used in various fields such as audio processing, telecommunications, and physics.
Prepare to stop
A traffic signal displaying a steady circular green light means that, at least according to the light, you have the right to proceed. BUT, that also means "only if it is safe to do so". For example, a driver coming South is in the intersection, going straight, when the light changes. Traffic stops him from getting out of the intersection. You are traveling west and want to turn South. But his Range Rover is in the intersection! You have the green light! What you do is stay put, even if your light changes to red before you can move into your turn, even if everyone behind you gets mad at you. You must not clog up the intersection, because drivers coming East may want to turn North.
A steady yellow traffic light indicates that the traffic signal is about to change to red, and drivers should prepare to stop safely.
A steady yellow signal light at a traffic intersection means that the light is about to turn red, and drivers should prepare to stop safely before the intersection.
A steady yellow light indicates that drivers should slow down and prepare to stop, as the traffic signal is about to change to red.

A red light - steady or flashing - means STOP. A steady amber light means Caution - signal about to change. A flashing amber light means SLOW DOWN.
If the aircraft is in flight, a steady green light signal from the control tower means cleared to land. If the aircraft is on the ground, it means cleared for takeoff. If the light is aimed at ground vehicles or foot traffic, steady green means cleared to cross the runway, or proceed.
A steady (instead of flashing) yellow light means the traffic signal is changing from green to red. You must stop if it's safe to do so. If you're already stopped you must not proceed.

Anyone have any suggestions on getting this reduced? I was going 29 in a poorly marked 15MPH.
