Not a very clear question.
If you mean 'when your car engine is running and you run out of oil'; because the engine is no longer lubricated it will (due to friction) overheat and eventually fail.
If you mean 'if we run out of fossil fuel'; the price of fuel will skyrocket, in turn making the cost of everything that requires energy (to make, to distribute) go up too. As we NEED artificial fertilizer in order to grow enough food to feed everybody (worldwide) and that takes a lot of energy to make, artificial fertilizer will get so expensive that third world countries will be unable to afford to buy or make it; there will be starvation there.
In the '1st world' we already use part of the (farm) land to grow crops for the production of so called 'bio fuel'; what this means is that in the future people elsewhere will starve and 'here' instead of food, fuel is grown. It remains to be seen what that will result in (and I'm guessing it won't be pretty).
Spraying oil onto a fire can cause the flames to spread rapidly and intensify, creating a larger and more dangerous fire. This is because oil is highly flammable and can ignite quickly when exposed to a flame. It is not recommended to use oil to try to extinguish a fire.
When you burn oil to heat your house, the potential energy stored in the oil is converted into heat energy. This heat energy is then used to warm up the air inside your house, providing you with a source of warmth.
Crude oil is considered non-renewable because it is formed from organic matter that takes millions of years to create. Once it is extracted and used, it cannot be replaced on a human timescale. This finite nature means that it will eventually run out, unlike renewable resources such as solar or wind energy.
Fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas are exhaustible energy sources because they are finite and will eventually run out.
well water weighs more becuz the oil happens to be light
If you put in to much oil it will smoke really bad, or will not run. If not enough oil you will damage motor.
you run the risk of major bearing fatlure.
It will smoke really bad because the piston is getting to much oil and and it will run high..
it either wont run or the explosion will be so poor it will barely will
It won't run properly, you'll have to drain the oil all out.
We would run out of oil. But that may or may not ever happen depending on who you believe.
If you run it that way you will cause internal damage.
You freeze up the engine
You will burn the motor up, which will be a very costly repair.
Nothing as long as you do not start the engine. If you start and run the engine with no oil, then it will self destruct in short order from lack of lubrication.
It should be fine, but you will need to drain the oil out to the correct level on the dipstick.
it is just 30 weight oil with no detergent so it will work but its not good for the motor in the long run
