Compression is the most important stage happening in a VCC.

We know that heat can not pass from low temperature to high temperature.

Due to compression Boiling Point of a refrigerant increases above either ambinet temperature or above cooling water temperature and also refrigerant temperature is very high than abmient. Hence heat can flow from refrigerant to atmosphere.

This allows sensible cooling first and below BP further high amount of latent heat is removed causing liquification of refrigerant which is not possible unless pressure is raised after evaporator.

Hence Compressor is required.

evaporation is a method to condensing

What is the the opposite of condensation?

Evaporation is the opposite of condensation.

What is the main difference between condensation and evaporation?

evaporation is the process of water going from a liquid to a gas. condensation is the formation of clouds

Do both have liquid evaporation and condensation?

Yes, both evaporation and condensation involve the phase change of a substance from liquid to gas (evaporation) and from gas to liquid (condensation). Evaporation occurs when a liquid turns into a gas due to heat energy, while condensation happens when a gas cools and transforms into a liquid.

What is the difference in between conensation and evaporation?

Condensation is the process in which a gas turns into a liquid, while evaporation is the process in which a liquid turns into a gas. Condensation typically occurs when a gas cools down, while evaporation usually happens when a liquid is heated. Both processes are important parts of the water cycle.

What is the change of a liquid to a gas?

Evaporation.Would you believe condensation.Would you believe vaporization!(Evaporation is a type of vaporization that only happens at the surface of a liquid, boiling happens throughout the liquid volume)

What in a dynamic equilibrium between the liquid state and the gas state the rate of evaporation is?

the rate of evaporation will be equal to the rate of condensation

What is the next step in the water cycle after evaporation?

Condensation happens after water is evaporated. It is the reverse process of evaporation.

What are the phase changes processes taking place when a substance is in equilibrium between liquid and gas phase?

Evaporating and condensing

Evaporation is the opposite of?

Condensation. Evaporation is the process of liquid changing into a gas, while condensation is the process of gas changing into a liquid.

What is the name given to the process where water changes from liquid to a gas?

When liquid water changes into water vapor it is called evaporation. Condensation would be the opposite from water vapor to liquid water.
