Administratium is a spoof element 'discovered' by Thomas Kyle in 1991. It aims to pick fun at the descriptions of newly discovered chemical elements and the scientific establishments who describe them.

Average number of years that teachers last?

The statistic I have heard is that 5% of people with a degree in education last 5 years or more. Administratium, low pay and other circumstances make a difference. I am certain there are plenty of people who are certified to teach, but who find the environment unlivable. Very few professions have as much oversight and lack of autonomy as teaching does.

What are the most complex kind of organic molecule?

In my opinion it's not about complexity, it would get complex if you approach the atom as infinite, beyond quarks and realize everyparticle has mass, so gravity. Atoms model is fairly simple as far we now can tell (till quarks), the number of protons makes up the elemental structure. see periodic table of elements --- Natural Uranium (U, 238.03 amu) Man-Made Administratium (Ad, 312 amu - scientist don't agree it exisits yet)
