I think it is the seam like indention above a person's upper lip, between the nose and your top lip. But I could be wrong on that. I heard someone on the radio talking about it today and telling the story that before a baby is born (while still in the mother's womb) they know all the secrets of life and death. But, at the moment of birth, an angel touches them above their lip to seal those secrets, making them unable to tell what they know. I thought that was a really sweet story!!
