Materials which allow light to pass through are called transparent materials such as a plastic sheet, glass, air, acrylic sheet, water. etc. Opaque materials are materials which do not allow light to pass through such as wood, stone, black paper, paper bags, books, etc.

Anything that you can not see through, so any wood, metal...
An example of an opaque material might be a colored, glass candleholder. Like maybe the kind you see during holidays, they are semi-transparent: meaning they aren't clear enough to see through, but you still can see what's inside of them.

Do opaque object absorbs all the incident light on it?

Be careful not to confuse: Opaque objects are those that do not allow light to pass through it, but they can reflect light. It is BLACK objects that absorb all the incident light on it. To conclude, opaque objects do not necessarily absorb all the incident light on them but black objects ABSORB all the incident light on them (and are, of course, opaque)
