Any item that is made of cloth or paper would not be a reliable unit as moisture absorption could greatly affect the weight.

∙ 14y agoTo calibrate my scale, I bought two poptarts. Ya know, the one's that come with two in a pack. Buy two of the cinnamon ones. Each one weighs 100 grams, and so it'll be real easy.
