Pranic energy is a concept in Vedantic philosophy. See Wikipedia 'Prana'

Prana (प्राण, IAST: prāṇa) is the Sanskrit for "breath" (from the root prā "to fill", cognate to Latin plenus"full"). It is one of the five organs of vitality or sensation, viz. prana "breath", vac "speech", caksus"sight", shrotra "hearing", and manas "thought" (nose, mouth, eyes, ears and mind; ChUp. 2.7.1). In Vedantic philosophy, it is the notion of a vital, life-sustaining force of living beings and vital energy, comparable to the Chinese notion of Qi. Prana is a central concept in Ayurveda and Yoga where it is believed to flow through a network of fine subtle channels called nadis. The Pranamaya-kosha is one of the five Koshas or "sheaths" of the Atman Prana was first expounded in the Upanishads, where it is part of the worldly, physical realm, sustaining the body and the mother of thought and thus also of the mind. Prana suffuses all living form but is not itself the Atman or individual soul. In the Ayurveda, the Sun and sunshine are held to be a source of Prana.

How a secondary consumer is dependent on the sun for its energy?

A secondary consumer relies on primary producers (plants) for energy, which ultimately derive their energy from the sun through photosynthesis. The energy from the sun is converted into organic matter through the process of photosynthesis, which is then consumed by the secondary consumer for its own energy needs. This demonstrates the interconnectedness of the food chain and the dependency of secondary consumers on solar energy.

How do you boost pranic energy?

Deep breathing exercises can boost pranic energy, on a 7-1-7-1 count or 6-2-6-2 (in-hold-out-hold)... Also visualise new white energy coming into your body through your hands (or anywhere) on each in breath. Practical measures to increase pranic energy levels are, eliminate low vibrational foods/drinks, I.e moderate red meat, junk good, alcohol and smoking etc, once you become more proficient you can actually cleanse and energise your own food and water. To get sensitive to energy start by pressing down on your palms with your thumb so you can feel it then move your hands slowly closer and further apart as you try and feel the energy between them, it may not take very long for some people while others it may take longer to sensitive to the energy, if your finding it hard try meditating first for 10-20 minutes this increases your pranic energy and sensitivity, on a personally note after meditating I usually rescan my chakras and aura it is always much larger and stronger... You can try that as a test for yourself to help you believe the power of energy healing, although once you are sensitive to feeling the energy you won't need any more proof. Namaste.
