Quite simple if you understand acceleration. Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity with time, which in simple terms means speeding up. The faster you speed up, the greater your acceleration. Deceleration is negative accelration, ie slowing down.
Mathematically, acceleration = (final velocity - initial velocity) / (final time - initial time)
and deceleration is acceleration with a minus sign at the start.

Metaphysics is a philosophical study of the true nature of things. The term means "after physics".
Classical physics is the physics without considering quantum mechanics. This is the type of physics practiced by for example Newton (you might also come across the term Newtonian physics). General relativity is also a classical theory. The distinction is often used because quantum mechanics changed quite a bit in many fields of physics, so the term 'classical physics' allows for a clear distinction. The opposite of classical physics would be quantum physics.

No. The science term is "physics", with an "s" at the end.

Isomer is the term used for chemical compounds having the same molecular formula, in physics the term isomer is meaningless although the term Isotope is used.
The appropriate term for the word physics is "physical science" or simply science.
