physical means to do with your body like lets say someone hurts you if they say i been hurt physicaly it means they have been beat or struck with an object creating pain (physical pain) now if you got hurt personaly this means your emotions were hurt (example: someone calling you names, insults,putting you down, etc.) sometimes personal pain can be much worse than physical, but it just really depends where you live.
