The question can not be answered because we do not know about every object in the universe and how the interact with gravity, time, and the objects around them. And time is the same through out any known or unknown parts of the universe. The answer is not right. A moment is a infinite amount of time where every object positions in the universe have a corelation which changes in the next moment.
