Capacity measurement is made with your standard lineal measure unit taken it to the 3 (Cubical units), e.g: 1 cubic foot equals 1728 cubic inches. The international system is with litres, metres, etc.
Since what your converting over to is smaller, you move the decimal point to the right. You move it over 3 times because that's how many units are between the two measures. You're left with 4700 grams!

Depends on what engine it has. IIRC, that model could be had with the DT466, DT530, Cummins 6BT, Cat 3116, or Cat 3126 engine.
Better to call the parts department of an International dealership with the VIN#, as refrigerant capacity will vary according to cab configuration and whether it's a single zone or dual zone system.
Depends on the transmission model. There have been a number of manual and automatic transmissions available for these vehicles.
Open the hood, remove the oil cap (where it is exactly depends on which engine it has, which you didn't specify), add oil until the dipstick shows full.
The oil capacity for International 4300 dt466 from 1994 to current hold 30 quarts with filter. Those made before 1994 have smaller engines with the capacity to hold less oil.

If I remember correctly, I believe oil capacity is 32 qts.
75-90 is used as a default in the diffs of Class 5 - 8 trucks.
