Weight is force, so any convenient unit of force is an appropriate unit
in which to describe it. Some choices include:
The kilogram (kg), which is part of the metric system, is the base unit of mass.
Pounds or ounces in the English system and newtons or dynes in the Metric system, not to be confused with grams, which are mass units, not weight or force units
If you mean the unit, height is measured in the same units as length, width, or distance. The official international unit is the meter.
Usually height is measured in centimetres although the result may be presented in metres to two decimal places.
It is Newtons.
The Celsius temperature scale is NOT a metric measurement, because degrees Celsius is parallel measurement of Kelvin, and Kelvin is not a metric measurement.
The Kelvin Scale

A balance scale or weight scale is a tool that measures weight or mass.
Sure, you can use a balance scale instead.
It is a nominal scale.
you're weight hahaha
a scale
To choose the appropriate statistical test, the following four question must be answered; What are your dependent and independent variables? What is scale of measurement of the variables? How many groups/samples are there in the study? Have I have met the assumptions of the statistical test?
It is a ratio scale of measurement.
Three basic levels of measurement are nominal, ordinal, and interval/interval-ratio.
The Celsius temperature scale is NOT a metric measurement, because degrees Celsius is parallel measurement of Kelvin, and Kelvin is not a metric measurement.
The Highest measurement of Beaufort scale is 12, which refers to Hurricane-force.
Depends on the type of scale you're using, but regardless there should be some tips to follow. Stand up straight, with all of your weight over the scale, both feet on the scale. (If both of your feet are on the scale it shouldn't really matter how you stand, gravity will pull your weight down onto the scale and the scale will measure your weight.) Don't hold on to anything or support your weight on any external object. Also, make sure that the scale is on a firm, flat surface. A lino floor or cement floor would be the best. If you're using a hospital type scale, (the type will the little weights across a bar that you have to slide over to get a correct measurement) make sure that you stand still. Any movement will cause the balance to move and make correct weight measurement very difficult.
In layman's terms "mass" means weight. The measurement is expressed in grams, and to measure mass, a scale is used.
The Richter scale does not know anything. The Richter scale is a measurement of the magnitude of an earthquake. The numbers of the scale represent a quantifiable measurement or range of the strength.
The measurement scale in meters is a unit of length in the metric system. It is used to measure distances, lengths, and heights. It is represented by the symbol "m".
