i think it's HB pencil which is hardest one bcoz it is indiacative of its heat, hexagonal shape, measure of softness and wood quality
The hardest lead in a drawing pencil is typically labeled as "H." These leads produce lighter and more precise lines compared to softer leads. They are ideal for technical drawings and detailed work that requires a fine line.
A typical lead pencil does not actually contain lead. The "lead" in a pencil is made of graphite, which is a crystalline form of carbon. Therefore, there is 0% lead in a lead pencil.
False, Pb (lead) is an electrolyte and can pass electricity VERY efficiently, but unfortunately pencil "lead" is actually graphite, which is a derivative of stone, and will not effectively pass an electric current.
A 9mm pencil lead is thicker than a 7mm pencil lead.
lead pen because a lead pencil is a regular pencil.

There are about 20 grades of pencils from 9H the hardest, to F being the softest
very hard
the most obvious reason being that diamonds cost a lot more than pencil lead. another reaon they are different is that diamonds are the hardest known substance to man. pencil lead is not hard at all.

Carbon is the element used to make both diamonds and pencil lead. In diamonds, carbon atoms are arranged in a tight crystal lattice structure, making it one of the hardest naturally occurring materials. In pencil lead, carbon is mixed with clay to create a graphite material that writes on paper when applied.
Pencil lead is very narrow. Millimeter can be used to measure it.
There is no lead in pencil - Pencil is made from graphite
graphite, the substance that makes the lead of your pencil is mostly carbon in one form. It is very soft, which is what makes it work as pencil lead because as you run it across a piece of paper, the graphite rubs off onto the paper. diamond is pure carbon in another form, and is the hardest naturally occurring substance known to man.
Well yes...but why would you want to? The lead in a pencil is composed of graphite, not actual lead. Graphite is a soft form of carbon and very greasy. See link.
Yes, Lead Is Very Poisonous. Sorry If You Have Lead In You. It Is Fatal. The Graphite In Pencils Is Not Lead. If You Have Pencil Graphite In You, You Are Fine.
Pencil lead is a compound
