A pulley on its own does not require any energy, as it's not doing anything.
A pulley in motion produces mechanical energy. This energy is a combination of potential energy (due to its position or configuration) and kinetic energy (due to its movement). The mechanical energy from a pulley can be used to perform work by lifting or moving objects.
A spontaneous process.
A pulley has potential energy when it is in a raised position or under tension, ready to do work by releasing that stored energy. As the pulley moves to a lower position or relaxes tension, the potential energy is converted into other forms such as kinetic energy or heat.
Electromagnetic energy, such as light and radio waves, does not require a medium to travel through. It can propagate through the vacuum of space.
A sink does not require energy itself as it is a passive fixture. However, the water flowing through the sink may require energy for heating or pumping in the case of hot water systems.

Pulley machine type of many! Machine have many pulley, many pulley machine! Type machine, many pulley type. Pulleys, type pulley machine many type. Machine.
It could have kinetic energy when the strings are being pulled and it is in operation
Light energy.
uranium, plutonium,etc etc
A spontaneous process.
no belts aren't a type of pulley

Fixed Pulley and Compound Pulley.

All reactions require an activation energy. Some appear not to because that energy is provided enough by their temperature. Thus, there is no reaction that does not require any initial energy to occur. A reaction that results in an overall release of energy is called an exothermic reaction.
