It would get wet and sink!
In most cases you would be just fine, the water absorbs most of the radiation so there isn't much on the surface of the pool. Many plants routinely have divers go into the pool to repair lights and various other components. The biggest concern would be contamination, after getting out of the water you'd likely have to spend awhile with the Radiation Technicians while they decontaminate you. So long as you don't ingest mass quantities of the water or actively dive toward the fuel assemblies, you should emerge unscathed.
Bubbles in a pool can form due to air getting trapped in the water circulation system, a leak in the pool plumbing, or a malfunctioning pool pump or filter.
The floor of a swimming pool would appear flat from the top, assuming the pool has a level base. However, the floor may look distorted or rippled due to the water's surface tension, reflections, and refractions.
Bubbles form in a pool due to gases, such as oxygen or nitrogen, being released from the water. This can happen when the water is agitated, such as from splashing or aeration, causing the gases to rise to the surface and form bubbles.
The number of barrels needed to fill up a pool depends on the size of the pool. On average, a barrel of oil holds about 42 gallons of oil. You would need to calculate the volume of your pool in gallons and then convert that into barrels to estimate how many barrels you would need to fill it.
