An object is said to have moved if it has changed its position from where it was previously. For example, of a ball rolls even a fraction of an inch, it is said to have moved because it is not in the same position as before.
When we look at it twice, at two different times,
and it is not in the same place.
Its location, relative to some fixed reference point, is changing with time.
It means that the object is moving.
In common terms, that means that it is moving.
the object is not moving

Velocity is a relative term. If we call that the object is moving and in particular direction, then there must be another object present, from witch it is moving away. and we can not say, witch object is moving away. If all object maintain the same position in respect to each other then, we will call them to have zero velocity.
when an object shifts or is displaced from its initial position with or without acceleration then we can say that the object is moving.
It means that the object is moving.
it moved
You would say that the object in motion is accelerating. Or you can say that the object's velocity is increasing.
It means that the object is moving.
In common terms, that means that it is moving.
we can say an object is moving if it changes it constant environmnent or background
the object is not moving
That is equivalent to saying that: * The object is moving, or * The object doesn't stay all the time in the same place.

If the object's speed is changing, or it's not moving in a straight line, then it's accelerating.
The object will maintain its speed and direction or the object will not change its speed or direction.
