It is difficult to compare the strengths of Electric force and Gravity as they depend on two very different things. The strength of Electric force between two bodies is determined by Charge whereas Gracitational force is determined by mass.

In general, it has been observed that the amount of charge particles have causes a larger Electric force to be exerted between them than the Gravitational force induced by their masses. This is also what we observe on a larger scale in everyday life where, for example, one's entire weight is supported by the electormagnetic force between the molecules on the surface of one's feet and the surface of the floor.

^^^I agree that electrical force is stronger than gravitational force. I have always been taught that is is because electrical force acts in all directions, whereas gravity only acts downward.
