An isolated system can lead us to conclusion that the linear momentum is conserved. When the mechanical properties of a given system does not change, then the system is in an isolated state.

What does a team with momentum mean?

A team with momentum is one that has a continuous and positive energy or performance trend. This can result from consecutive wins, strong teamwork, or a positive mindset that propels the team forward. It often leads to increased confidence and success in achieving their goals.

How does momentum play a role in car crashes and their resulting impact forces?

Momentum is a measure of an object's motion, calculated by multiplying its mass by its velocity. In a car crash, momentum plays a crucial role in determining the impact forces involved. The greater the momentum of a moving car, the more force it will exert upon impact with another object, such as another vehicle or a barrier. This is why higher speed collisions result in more severe damage and injuries, as the increased momentum leads to greater impact forces.

What is principle of circularity?

The principle of circularity is a logical fallacy in which the conclusion of an argument is assumed within one of the premises. It essentially "begs the question" by assuming what it is trying to prove. This leads to a circular argument without providing any real evidence or support for the conclusion.

Why does bouncing of an object result in a greater change of momentum rather than just colliding?

Momentum is the mass multiplied the change in velocity. If you think about it, bouncing an object means that it comes back from whatever it bounced against, giving it a negative velocity. This means that the change in velocity for bouncing is greater than for colliding because in an inelastic collision like the one described, the velocity goes to zero.

Why is it that with aluminum copper and iron the modulus of elasticity is higher for crystallographic directions with higher linear density?

I meant lower linear density, but I can't change it. So for example for Aluminum the Linear density of [111] is lower than for [110] and that is again lower than [100]. But you notice that the modulus of elasticity is higher for [111] than for [110] and that again is higher than for [100]
