OK so, the neutron was found by Chadwick, and it has no charge and it was the hardest atom charge o find because of actually a women named Joliot-Curie found the first hint of the atom but she rarely gets credited for it because she was a woman and at the time they didn't believe that women could be scientists, philospheres, etc.
hope this was helpful to u (:
In 1932, James Chadwick discovered the neutron. Neutrons help stabilize the protons in the atom's nucleus. Because the nucleus is so tightly packed together, the positively charged protons would tend to repel each other normally. Neutrons help to reduce the repulsion between protons and stabilize the atom's nucleus. Neutrons always reside in the nucleus of atoms and they are about the same size as protons. However, neutrons do not have any electrical charge; they are electrically neutral.
Yes, neutrons can decay. Neutron decay is a process where a neutron transforms into a proton, an electron, and an antineutrino. This process is known as beta decay.
A neutron is a part of the atom that has a Neutral charge so to say. The atom is composed of an electron, proton, and neutron. Electrons have the negative charge, Protons have a positive, and neutron has no charge. Remember it as in "Neutron is neutral" or "neutron is no". A free neutron (outside of an atom that is) has a half-life of less than 15 minutes.
The nucleus is far more massive than the electron cloud. The mass of the electron cloud is almost negligible compared to that of the nucleus.
Yes, a neutron has mass. The mass of a neutron is slightly greater than the mass of a proton, which is another subatomic particle found in the nucleus of an atom. Neutrons and protons are both much more massive than electrons, which are the smallest subatomic particles.
Calcium has been around for longer then man or animal so it would be hard to find out when ti was discovered
No, Ernest Rutherford's student James Chadwick wondered where all of this extra mass came from so in a experiment he discovered the neutrons.
they didnt the tombs were so greatly built that they were very hard to find. some have been discovered but a lot are still missing or unidentified.
Early experiments were based off attraction. The neutron had no charge to attract or repel or to be attracted or repelled. so these experiments could not figure out that there was a neutral particle in the nucleus.
It is not that hard to find. You can order it online.
He was born with a high IQ and was eager to learn. So he read a lot of books and he understood everything and so he learned a lot and that is what you call smart, I guess. ---------- In the episode "Clash of the Cousins," it was stated that there was a "genius gene" that ran in the Neutron family, and only him and Baby Eddie (his evil cousin) had it.

They aren't hard to find just go to google.......... :)
Because they didn't have the stuff we have now so it was hard to find a lot of things.
First the radioactive material and split the atom. So it is not a discovery is was hard work.
A neutron has no charge, so a charged atom (ion) cannot attract a neutron.
