You can't see your shadow in the dark because there is no shadow in the dark. Shadows are caused when something is blocking the light. And if there is no light that can be blocked, there can't be any shadows.
Darkness is, in itself, a shadow. You can't distinguish your shadow from the shadow cast by the box you're holding. They just blend together and are impossible to tell apart.
The retina contains two different types of receptor cells which are called cones and rods. Cones are used to detect colour and rods are used to detect the brightness or dimness. The cone cells are more sensitive than rod cells in bright light. Because of this, it is more difficult to distinguish between colours in dim light.
Colors are light reflected off of objects and received by the eye. Since there is no light, there's none to be reflected into the eye. Colors can be different colors of light received by the eye -- again since there's no light the eye sees no colors.
The reason why it is impossible to see in the dark is because light is the only thing that can pass through the lens of the eye.
Because it is a secondary color.
We can't you see a shadow in the dark because to form a shadow , we need a source light . Which is not present in a dark room
because the shadow is dark in colour
it is a shadow
A shadow is a dark shape formed when a body comes between rays of light and some surface.
Dark objects do not reflect light. Light is absorbed by them.
yes it dose cast a shadow because you can not see through it.
So long as there is a light source, you can. Your shadow if the effect of your body blocking the light source, so that an area around you appears 'dark'. You will easily be able to see your shadow at night in urban areas due to the over abundance of street lights.
A flying predator drone.
Night time.
you can only see when its light and when its dark you cannot see
There is a lot of ruckus over this, everyone seems to have a different answer. I think shadow people are just left over energy of what used to be there. But be wary of what lurks in the dark. But don't be afraid of them either. Everything that is here in the dark is also there in the light, you just cant see them. =/ Not very concerning then, hm?
No. Spiders have eye site just like you. If u cant see in the dark neither can a spider
Well basically , it is a shadow because you see when something is blocking the sun what do you see..? Nothing , just a dark area. So the scientific reason for this is basically a shadow!
because pittu is a bright student
