im not too sure but i think its because ur kind of pushing it into a smaller space which means that the gas doesnt have enough room therefor having to remove some.

How can you relieve trapped gas under ribs if gas x and tums doesn't help?

you should have someone take a bat and put it around your stomach, like the himlike, while your sitting down. they should apply medium pressure and when they did all of that you stand up. this forces all the gas out

Gas molecule apply more pressure against their container when what changes?

Gas molecules apply more pressure against their container when the temperature of the gas increases or when the volume of the container decreases. This is due to an increase in the average kinetic energy and frequency of collisions of the gas molecules with the container walls.

Will increase the volume of a gas?

You can remove the lid of its container. You can heat it, or you can reduce the pressure on it. Of course you could also increase the amount of gas at constant pressure.

What cause bloating?

Bloat is the inability to remove gases (through belching) from the stomach. This is often a result in gorging on too much grain, or high protein feeds such as alfalfa or clover. Gas will continue to build up expanding the stomach and putting pressure on major organs such as the lungs.

Can a gas change its state with heat?

Yes, if you apply enough heat the state will change to a plasma. if you remove heat the gas will condense into a liquid or sublimate into a solid.

How to apply Charles' Law to determine the relationship between the volume and temperature of a gas?

To apply Charles' Law to determine the relationship between the volume and temperature of a gas, you need to keep the pressure constant. Charles' Law states that the volume of a gas is directly proportional to its temperature in Kelvin, when pressure is held constant. This means that as the temperature of a gas increases, its volume also increases proportionally, and vice versa.
