The ear closest to the sound source hears it first. IF you always hear it "first" on your right, then you should have your hearing checked.
The normal sinus rhythm sounds like a "lub-dub". The "lub" is the sound of the two atrioventricular valves (mitral for left atrium to left ventricle, tricuspid for right atrium to right ventricle) closing immediately after atrial contraction and then relaxation. The "dub" is the sound of the two sumilunar valves (aortic for left ventricle to aorta, pulmonary for right ventricle to pulmonary artery) closing immediately after ventricular contraction and then relaxation.
On the left side of the iPhone is the sound controls. Make sure the button isn't pushed to be showing orange. That might be why you can't hear. Flick it forward. It will tell you the sound is now on. Use the + and - to control it.
The current direction is from left to right.
If the sounding board were left out of a music box, the sound produced by the music box would be greatly diminished or non-existent. The sounding board is responsible for amplifying and projecting the vibrations created by the music box mechanism, enhancing the sound quality and volume. Without the sounding board, the sound would be muffled and lack resonance.
You need two loudspeakers to produce stereophonic sound, commonly known as stereo sound. One speaker plays the left audio channel while the other plays the right audio channel, creating a sense of directionality and depth in the sound.
I believe it's the right and left atria.
You may have a loose wire and it is causing you to hear only slight sound from the right channel when the left channel is muted. If you are getting full sound out of your left channel external sound cards using a TASCAM US122 MKii external sound card, those wires are probably connected correctly.
Welcome to the depths of Morgellon!
The clicking may be a sign of the CV joint bearings going out. You need to have them checked out before they break down and leave you stranded.
You'll hear a howling/grinding sound coming from the front of your vehicle. Depending on which side it is, if the sound goes away when you move your steering wheel to the right its your left hub assembly. If its when you pull steering left its your right assembly.
