The secret is explained by the titles "green jello" and "blue jello".
Green jello is green because any color of light other than green light is absorbed
by the jello, and the only light that remains free to scatter toward your eye is the
green light. If no green light shines on it, no light at all will leave it, and you'll
perceive it as black.
Blue jello is blue because any color of light other than blue light is absorbed
by the jello, and the only light that remains free to scatter toward your eye is
the blue light. If no blue light shines on it, no light at all will leave it, and you'll
perceive it as black.
Any red light entering either of these quivering samples is absorbed, and nothing
comes out the other side of either one.
No. Red light will not go through a green or a blue filter.
green
Shining a blue light through a cyan filter will result in a blue light shining through. As cyan is a combination of blue and green light, it will allow blue and green light to pass through it. Red light will be absorbed by the filter. This is proven by shining a violet or magenta light through the filter and it allowing blue light will shine through. It is shown as well by shining a yellow light through the filter which will result in green light shining through as both violet and yellow are a combination of red the other two primary colours, blue and green.
A cyan colored surface will reflect any blue or green light that is incident. The green filter will remove all colors of light passing through it except green. The book is illuminated with only blue light. Draw your conclusion.
A filter removes certain colors of light which pass through it. The primary colors of light are green red blue. Since the shirt absorbs all but blue light and the filter removes all but green it will appear black.

It can be many colors... red, green, yellow, orange, blue...
This would depend on the diode's specifications but it would be very unlikely because blue laser diodes require less voltage and current then green lasers.

Well I wouldn't say either one is better; it depends on what you want: If you want a visible beam / bright laser get the green one. green can do everything a blue can and more if its limited to 5mw but blue is just cool because its blue. its not better its just expensive I perfer green they can be quite cheap for the type of laser on Ebay. Blue always hangs cheapest around 50$ less if your lucky Blue is always expensive I dunno why but its not better if your comparing 5mw to 5mw, not in my opinion at least the green laser is better you can go all the way to 1000mw's witch is powerful don't go to eBay. you can find what you want on this site here ya go. happy hunting laserpointerpro.com have fun you will be on that page for awhile.
Laser pointers are available in red, blue, green, yellow, and violet (purple). Green laser pointers are the most preferred of all the colors because they are the brightest, most visible, and can be seen the farthest distances.
Berry blue
The most important laser pointer components is the laser module . The costs for different colors of laser are different , about 1$ for red laser , 10$ for green laser and 200$ for blue laser . And the costs are keep going down.
It is, but you have to use an red, blue and green laser. White light is a mixture of different wavelenght's en thus cannot be created with a single laser
Definitly , NO.Red laser with low MW costs just a 1$ or 2$while Blue laser with low MW cost about 30$a big difference, indeed..
No. Red light will not go through a green or a blue filter.
