The time delay allows the fan to start only after the furnace has had a chance to warm up. This prevents cold air from being circulated through the vents when the furnace first starts. The delay ensures that the air being blown into the house is warm.
The fan delay is designed to allow the heat exchanger to warm up before the fan blows air into the ducts. This helps increase efficiency and prevents cool air from being circulated initially. Once the heat exchanger reaches the set temperature, the fan will turn on to distribute warm air throughout the home.
Possible reasons why a furnace may only heat part of a house could include issues with air ducts such as blockages or leaks, a malfunctioning thermostat not properly regulating temperature throughout the house, or issues with the furnace itself such as a faulty blower motor or burner. It is recommended to have a professional HVAC technician inspect the system to diagnose and resolve the issue.
He was delayed by heavy traffic on his way to work. He always delays our progress. Come without delay; we're waiting for you!
When the switch of an electromagnet is closed, it completes the circuit and allows current to flow through the coil, creating a magnetic field. This magnetic field attracts the contacts, causing them to come together and close the circuit, which allows a continuous flow of current.
When you flip the switch on a flashlight, it completes the circuit and allows the flow of electricity from the battery to the light bulb. This causes the filament in the light bulb to heat up and produce light through a process called incandescence.
This should not happen, change the switch out for a new one.
Check breakers first. Then check to see if there is a disconnect switch on furnace (usually a 2" x 4" silver box attached to furnace) and see if fuse is blown or switch is off. Also if you have had your blower door off there is a safety switch for door. Make sure door is secure. There are multiple reasons that it might not come on but this can narrow it down a bit
there should be a button on your dash next to the scroll type dimmer switch that activates the dome lights....that switch is a (either or type) switch that allows you to either have the dome light come on when you open the doors or not to come on.....Look in your owners manual
THIS PROCESSOR DOES COME WITH A DELAY FEATURE
It could be different for every house.A side note: I'm taking that you mean where is the pilot light located in side your furnace? Depending on the of your furnace it's very possible your furnace does not have a pilot light, in fact it may have an ignition system with a flame management sensor. Try this; turn off the system with the main electrical cutoff switch, wait for about 2 minuets, turn on the switch raise the temperature of the thermostat high enough for the furnace to come on, this should work if it does not try one more time. If that fails call a HVAC & R technician.

It depends on the furnace, they come in different sizes. There should be a data plate on or in the furnace which lists the input and output rating.
It should have come with the furnace and if not try Google or RHEEM.com
Here are some things to check. Is the thermostat turned up? Sounds silly but I went into many homes it was turned down, or the switch on the thermostat was turned to off Is the pilot lit? This assumes you have a standing pilot furnace. If it is spark ignition, does the park cycle start. Check all fuses and breakers
only comes -ON- after sun set till sun rise! Or in dark garage . This is a light sensor and wire plug in on front of rear view mirror, with slide lever on bottom must be totally to right..passenger side...randallalt@aol.com
Blown fuses or bad elements.
No, it is an add on that you pay for. Though it is best and least expensively installed or replaced at the time the new furnace is installed.
