1. Earth isn't an exact sphere and it's slightly oblate, so there is less distance to the center of gravity at the poles than at the equator.

2. Earth rotates, so you have to factor the centrifugal force of rotation that works against gravity, which is highest at the equator and zero at the poles.

The difference is gravity, however, is extremely small, on the order of 0.4% to 0.5% -- so an object that weighed 1000 grams at the poles would weigh between 995 and 996 grams at the Equator, and also a tiny bit less if it was at an elevation high above sea level.

The Earth rotates on its axis at a rate of one complete revolution per day. This is just under half a mile every second at the equator. Thus there is a fair amount of centrifugal force - the force that is directed outward from a spinning object - especially near the Equator. This causes the Earth to bow outwards slightly. As a result, the Earth's circumference at the equator is about 70 km longer than its polar circumference.

Saturn and Jupiter are flat at the poles because they Are spinning plants and are made mostly made out of gas unlike Earth which is not made up of gases so it is more solid so it doesn't get flattened at the poles

The Earth's rotation produces a kind of "centrifugal force". This changes the Earth's shape, approximately from a perfect sphere (which it would have in the case of no rotation) to an approximation of an ellipsoid.

Because of the tilt of the Earth's axis there is less direct sunlight at the poles (it gets less energy).
