You can paint the radiator tanks any color you want to but don't paint the radiator core itself. Painting the core will negatively affect the radiators ability to transfer heat away from the engine coolant.
The color black neturally magnifies heat.
radiators should be black because black not only absorbs heat, it also gives out a lot of heat as well. If you think this is wrong or I have no proof please see the question how do you make an experiment up of "looking at heat absorbsion and reflection"
A fridge cools things by removing heat energy from the inside of the fridge. This makes it cold inside the fridge. The heat energy that is removed ends up at the back of the fridge. The back of the fridge is often painted black because that makes it a good emitter of heat energy. The fridge may also have a metal cooling grille, also painted black, to help it loose heat to the air. The radiators in our house could be black and it would help them to emit heat into our rooms. In practice people do not want black radiators so they are generally white. the shape of a radiator is designed to give up its heat to air rising up through it.
There are several types of radiators including panel radiators, convector radiators, column radiators, and electric radiators. Each type has its own design and heating capabilities to suit different needs and preferences.
I don't believe that it does. If this is true, it could be that black is a natural color for the sort of material (cast iron) that radiators are likely to be made of, while a white radiator probably has an insulating layer of paint on it.

Yes, copper cored radiators with copper tanks should be painted, but the core area should only be painted lightly (only just covering) , as painting heavily will reduce heat transfer. Modern aluminum cross- flow radiators with plastic tanks are not painted.

Most car radiators are black as black radiates heat more efficiently than any other color.
Car radiators are painted black because it emits the most heat through radiation (highest emissivity). This improves the heat transfer out of the radiator when air isn't moving through the radiator."black color = high emissivity/absorptivity" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_radiationThe paint acts to protect the radiator and its components from rust, scale, and minor impacts (bugs); there is some argument over the claim that the paint offers a smooth uniform surface for 'faster airflow' and better cooling of the radiator. Also note that many cars are intended for the area behind the grille to be black (a backdrop to the grille).
The utensils are painted black because black is a good absorber of heat
Black As He's Painted was created in 1974.
white stands for heat and that's why tea cups and radiators are painted white and isn't it the tea is hot

yes objects painted black dry faster than those painted white because the black absorbs more heat than the white
because they painted it in black color
The Black Cot was painted in 2002. There is also a book about Shani Rhys James entitled 'The Black Cot'.
