Osteospermums are not suitable to grow indoors. They need a lot of light and they would therefore grow tall and leggy indoors. The flowers need sunshine to fully open and the plant needs cool temperatures at night. If they don't get the cool temperatures the production of new flower buds will stop and as a result of this the plant won't produce new flowers. So, unless you don't mind having a long, tall leggy plant without flowers on your table then it's not advisable to bring them indoors. Just enjoy these beauties in your garden or sunny balcony during the summer.
