Yes, they will eat goat heads (puncturevine). Especially if you pick the goat heads, put them in a pile to dry, and then let the goats at them once fully dried out. I had a pile like this that sat for two weeks and brought goats in and it was one of the first things they ate, seeds and all. If still green, they will eat the leafy parts of the living plant and spare the seeds and most of the stem, but if dry they'll eat it all!
