No you don't; raw sunflower seeds are edible. Many people do prefer to cook them, however.
you put them on a tray then put them in oven on 350 for 5 minutes
Cook in sunflower oil. P.S suck your mum
you leave them over night and you fry them in the frying pan it's nice to put a bit of citric acid on
They eat mostly lettuce, cabbage, and also sunflower seeds. Don't cook any of them though.
I wouldn't.
I would like to know how to preserve sun flower seeds. I dont want to cook them, just preserve them straight from the flower.
Probably--stuff in it is edible by humans-- millet, sunflower seeds, milo--just be sure to cook it or chew it really well so your body can digest it.
I would think that you should.... AND wyou should most definitly COOK the fish before eating it.
No, but most foods taste better cooked.
I usually dry fry sunflower seeds. Just pop them in a frying pan (not too many at a time, just cover the bottom) and very very sowly fry them until they are golden brown. They need no oil as they will release their own oil when heated.
sure. which seeds?
unless you want to eat raw snails, which i don't suggest.
