Sorry to answer my own Q., but I just found this out.Soda has a positive effect on plants. Since all plants need water and Co2,soda the best thing you can do! Since soft drinks are made mostly of carbonated water(Water fused w/Co2),it's the perfect mix! But that's not all. Soda also has High Fructose Corn Syrup(Hi.f.c.s.) which is chocked full of suger, something else plants need giving them an extra boost of growth.Phosphoric acid, located in soft drinks, is found in fertilizer.
