Sedum Acre can be pulled back and plant something that is more aggressive where you don't want the sedum.
The biggest predator of sedum is slugs.
Sedum can be grown indoors. It needs at least four hours of direct sunlight or longer periods of artificial light.
If you don't want your sedum, dig it up. Ask your gardening friends if any of them want it and they may help you dig it up.
Small amounts will cause a stomach ache but call your vet.
Mostly it's the creeping sedums that are edible, but before testing them willynilly, note that a very few sedums are mildly toxic, such as Goldmoss Sedum (S. acre aurea), & can cause stomach upset if too much is eaten raw.
They seem to leave Autumn Joy sedum alone but will eat Xenox sedum.
