First of all, everyone should be conscious of their diet, eat lots of vegetables instead of oily meat or what so ever that contains oils that means food that are fried. Avoid staying up to late, water and Sleep is the key for beautiful and fresh looking skin. every one should drink more than 8 glasses of water a day because water helps detoxify our body by means of urinating. also dont stress your self doing things that are not important which only gives you stress. Always think positive and don't think of your problem too much in short avoid anything that will only make you stress. Relax and meditate once a week or even twice it will help you for sure. that's it. you'll see your face bloom. enjoy.
