Could be signs of contact dermatitis. Have you used any new soaps lately? Have you been exposed to any new chemicals? Trace back to when the redness started and see if there have been any changes to your normal routine. Contact a dermatologist.

Another possibility is liver damage. Is your urine unusually dark or orange? A liver function test can be ordered by your doctor to check for this possibility.

A third possibility is erythromelalgia. Does the redness seem to be triggered by warmth such as taking a warm shower? Do the palms burn? Does the redness lessen when you raise your arms? If so, it's probably erythromelalgia. Erythromelalgia can be hereditary. However, if aspirin helps, there may be an impending blood platelet disorder. Otherwise, it may be due to neuropathy, high cholesterol, or certain autoimmune diseases.
