if your asking "is a zebra white with black stripes or black with white?" im pretty sure they are white with black because their bellys are all white so the white is the color of the body and then there are black stripes on it.
Zebras have black stripes.Zebras do not have black stripes at all. Zebras are white with brown stripes but their stripes darken as the age. Look at a picture of a baby zebra and examine the color yourself! :-)
As a matter of fact yes, all tigers have stripes unless it is some sort of hybrid. But usually the hybrids still have stripes.
A white tiger is a variation of the Bengal tiger that is white with black stripes instead of orange with black stripes. All white tigers are Bengal tigers, but not all Bengal tigers are white tigers.
Large, muscular body covered in thick orange or white fur with black stripes. Black ears with a white tuft of fur in the back. Long tail. Big, flatten face with a pink nose, large eyes and mouths, whiskers, and big jaws with bone- crushing teeth. Massive paws with incredibly sharp retractible claws.
A: A zebra is white with black strips. A: zebras are black with white stripes A: a zebra has black and white strips, because all zebras' noses are black and then there is a white strip so it's black and white. A: My answer is neither. It's just striped - there isn't any base color. It is just fur you know. However here is an answer I got from http://www.africanwildlifeguide.com/species-guide/mammals/large-mammals/zebra: "According to research on the internet, I see the answer is generally agreed to be 'Black with White Stripes' although as with most of these questions, nobody seems to be able to agree on the universal answer. It makes sense if you look at the argument. Firstly, if the zebra was originally one colour, white would have been a very unsuitable colour for the plains of Africa, especially under the hot African sun. Secondly, the quagga was dark in those places where there were no stripes and yet another supporting argument is that the light brown striations on the white stripes of the Southern African Zebra, could be the dominant colour coming through. The interesting part to me, however, is that there is no pigment variation in the skin, the pigment of the white and black stripes is found solely in the hair." actually some zebras are black and some r white its just the way they were born....they will get over it!!!
They are a combination of yellow and white color with yellow being the predominant color on the body and white in the belly area. There are black stripes throughout the body including the face and the tail.
a disguised zebra?
"It was previously believed that zebras were white animals with black stripes since some zebras have white underbellies. However embryological evidence shows that the animal's background color is dark and the white stripes and bellies are additions"
Baby zebras are like adult zebras. Although they are small, they have all the stipes they will ever have, as the youngster grows, the stripes grow. (Zebras are white with black stripes; if you look at their bellies, the black ends and it's white).
they have orange and black stripes all over their body.
No. All zebras are Black with white stripes.
