Washington's state flower is the Coast Rhododendron, more commonly known as the rhodie. These flowers come in a huge variety of colors, patterns, shapes and sizes and grow on bushes ranging from knee hight, to that a small tree. They are seen throughout Western Washington as they thrive in the cool, wet climate, and can usually be found in gardens.
