Rhubarb is a wonderful plant. It makes great pies and sauce. It works well with strawberries and blueberries. As a kid, I used to eat it with sugar. Don't eat the leaves and once the plant seeds, don't eat any of it. Just wash the stalks and cook them or freeze them for later.

It sort of looks like a hosta and I have mine in my flower garden. You can buy the stalks in some grocery stores.
